a. Website Design and Marketing Services

  • Deliverables and timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the start of the project.

b. Facebook Ad Management

  • TC Digital will manage ad campaigns based on the agreed budget.

  • The Client is responsible for paying Facebook or other advertising platforms directly for ad spend unless otherwise agreed.

c. Revisions and Approvals

  • Clients may request revisions as per the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work may incur additional charges.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices and Payments: Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

  • Late Fees: Payments not made within [Insert Timeframe] of the due date may incur a late fee of [Insert Percentage or Amount].

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by TC Digital (e.g., websites, ad designs, content) remain the intellectual property of TC Digital until full payment is received.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • TC Digital is not responsible for:

    • Results from advertising campaigns (e.g., clicks, sales, or engagement).

    • Downtime, technical errors, or third-party platform issues.

    • Losses resulting from Client-provided content or direction.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

 

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 days] written notice.

  • TC Digital reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
